Locations

The juice fasts are held several times a year at Dor Holiday Village (Tantura), at one of the most beautiful beach sites in Israel; at the Notre Dame de Sion Monastery in Ein Karem near Jerusalem, with its enchanting gardens; and at Yad hashmona Hotel with wonderful view of Jerusalem Mountains.

Duration of fast

The fasts begin on Thursday mornings and end on Sunday nights (four days/three nights)

About the fast

Twice a day we drink fruit or vegetable juices, freshly squeezed from organic produce. Each evening we drink hot soup of organically-grown root vegetables. Throughout the day we encourage you to drink unlimited natural herb teas and mineral water.
